- A Two Day Watercolor Class -

About a week and a half ago I taught a two day watercolor class at a local art venue here in Cottonwood, CA. I had 13 students and did three demo paintings. It was a great experience interacting with the ladies and fun was had by all (mostly me). The image below was the result of a watercolor portrait demo on the last day. There was a power outage in Cottonwood that morning and I couldn't print out the face that I wanted to paint, and Sandi Palmer, our hostess, gave me a print out of an Indian to use instead....so it is my first portrait of an American Indian.
